Meet Katlyn Wachter, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Katlyn Wachter

Katlyn has been dedicated to the field of nursing for over a decade. Driven by a deep commitment to addressing the mental health needs within the community, Katlyn advanced her education to become an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and obtained certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Katlyn is passionate about the neurobiological aspects of mental health conditions and can see clients of all ages.

While Katlyn accepts clients from all walks of life, she has additional training in Trauma Informed Care, Suicidology, and the exposure of trauma First Responders receive.

Understanding that life can be busy and unpredictable, Katlyn offers flexible scheduling with extended time slots, allowing space and time for personalized mental health support. With a warm, empathetic approach, Katlyn strives to create a safe, supportive, and healing environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take charge of their mental well-being.
